Please be informed that the client.emb.gov.ph system is temporarily unavailable due to a technical issue. In the meantime, affected clients are required to submit a copy of the Self-Monitoring Report (SMR) to the official email address of the concerned EMB Regional Office as proof of compliance and to encode the submitted SMR through client.emb.gov.ph once the service has been restored.
